It's relatively decent for it's price and size compared to others, actually surprised me with how big it was. I recommend having 2-3 people, extra screws, and maybe a wee bit of extra support for anchoring it to the wall. It's a bit wobbly and things the the boxes inside it I would definitely fully screw onto the side even though it doesn't say to do so, just make sure the screws are small enough they don't poke through the wood. Darlin loves it though so I'd definitely say it's worth it (:

Does not have significant information on attaching to a house. Unless you hire a handyman to secure it to house, a cat can turn it over. We have siding and was really concerned about destroying siding by attaching catio to house to secure it. Roof material is very flimsy and a small branch could destroy it. Also cat climbing up side could push on it and break it. Before you buy this consider that roof will need to be replaced in a short time. Handyman also added bracing all around to make it more stable.
Not bad

Overall, it went together fairly good. My only real complaint with it is that when you first open the boxes, you get a real heavy petroleum smell. So obviously the paint used was oil based, but I let it sit out without a roof on it for a couple rain storms, and when that subsided then I put the roof on it. Everything was good after that, cats seem to be enjoying it.

The product is what you would expect for the price - middling quality that will last a few years. However, I didn’t properly think through how “perfect” of a space you need in order for this to work properly without you needing to do something extra. The design relies on the ability to secure to a wall at the roof, which is tough if you’re planning on putting this in front of a window. It also calls for stakes to secure into the ground, so concrete or other hard surfaces present issues too. If you’re considering, find the instructions online first and make sure you can make it work. Otherwise, you’ll end up spending another couple hundred in materials to sure the thing up and make it work.
Not as expected
For this to be so much money it seems like it would be better as an inside pay ground. Not sturdy. Must drill into the siding of house.

Great size!
This was easy to assemble, extra "just in case" hardware was included, size is fantastic. My cats are so happy to watch the outdoors in a safe enclosure.
