Half an order!

When I opened the package, there was no instruction manual and no hardware. I found the instruction manual online and the order was supposed to come in two boxes!

When I opened the package, there was no instruction manual and no hardware. I found the instruction manual online and the order was supposed to come in two boxes! I called Pawsome and they confirmed that this cat house was packaged in two boxes. So now I am stuck with half a cat house and no instructions and no hardware to even put half of it together! I tried to talk with Chewy and the girl told me to package it all back up and send it back! There is no way I can get all the pieces back the way they were in the box, besides, what can’t you just send me the other box? It says plainly on the box that it is box 2/2!

Not a weatherproof roof. Very cheap materials.

Just got the catio. After 2 rains the roof is bowing. I went back up to the two pieces of wood on the roof to add additional screws to pull up the bow and the roof

Just got the catio. After 2 rains the roof is bowing. I went back up to the two pieces of wood on the roof to add additional screws to pull up the bow and the roof material was stuck to my arms and it's on the ground as well from the rain. How would this even make it thru a winter? Very cheap material. Would not recommend.
