Does the top of the kennel have even sides all around to allow for installing a flat plywood roof?

The top frame of the kennel is even on all sides, forming a square shape. However, the kennel is specifically designed with a pitched (angled) roof to allow water and snow to run off efficiently when the included Oxford fabric cover is installed. While it may technically be possible to attach a flat plywood roof, we do not recommend doing so, as it would require modifications to the structure and could affect the kennel’s stability.

Buy when it’s on sale

The sale price was really good. A nice feature is that it had two doors with a bottom piece that swivel so you could slide afood and water bowl through it. I added

The sale price was really good. A nice feature is that it had two doors with a bottom piece that swivel so you could slide afood and water bowl through it. I added this kennel to one that I already had and the brackets fit with my older kennel too. On the downside, it was flamer than my older kennel, and some of the spot welds let loose, which would leave pointy edges if thedog decided to bite on it. This kennel is good for medium sized dogs not large dogs. A large dog could push it right across the floor.
