A traditional dog bed does not last more than an house for Our 2 year old dachshund. We bought him an indestructible cot from k9 ballistics and that had been the only elevated bed (with a blanket) he has had since a puppy. Our dachshund LOVES a fabric couch we have in the back room, and the fabric in this couch mimics it. So far, he has not tried to rip it or destroy it, and he will willingly leave the couch to hang out on his own couch, which is also easier for him to hop on. The wedges on the side are great for him to rest his head, as he loves doing that on our couch. So far, he truly loves it and we are extremely happy with the purchase. Would definetly recommend to people who have struggled finding a dog bed that their dog will not destroy and destuff. Not to mention, the couch looks really cute. We put it next to our couch and it also helps him to use this a ramp, over other ramps that we have bought. Highly recommend !!!

I know it's for a dog (who doesn't have the highest standards) but still, you'd expect the holes to be drilled in the right places (and line up with the screw-in
I know it's for a dog (who doesn't have the highest standards) but still, you'd expect the holes to be drilled in the right places (and line up with the screw-in bolts) and the assembly screws to be put in neatly and professionally. It looks like the lid was put on by a drunken monkey. I managed to put it together by slanting one of the bolts and just barely getting it to fit, and our dog is already using it, so it's acceptable. But overpriced for the quality and hassle needed to put it together.

Unfortunately they do not have thumbs and could not help because my only complaint is that getting the back panel lined up and screwed onto the lid part is no simple task. I eventually duct taped it to hold it tight while I got the screws in, but almost gave up at one point. It’s a great size, the color is awesome, and it’s quite stylish for a cat lounge. Pondering buying a second one in gray so we don’t have any arguments about who gets to nap on it. The storage area is a total bonus!

Nice looking little chaise, fabric seems sturdy
I replaced the batting insert in the cushion with egg crate foam. Much more comfy. Maybe that is why the cat stole the couch from the dog.
