High hopes, but unimpressed :(

The wood slats and pads that go on top of them are great quality, however, the pieces they give you to attach the scratching posts together are flimsy and bend easily

The wood slats and pads that go on top of them are great quality, however, the pieces they give you to attach the scratching posts together are flimsy and bend easily. The scratching posts bend and wiggle, and even come apart when scratched on which makes me nervous for when my kitties try to climb them. The design is exactly what I wanted, unfortunately, I won’t be able to mount it to my wall because of the quality of the posts and how poorly the pieces fit together. I would return the item if I could, because for $80 I could get a sturdier cat tree.
