The photo of the product implies a higher quality wood used in the construction of the cage than it actually is. You can tell the manufacturing allowed for some very loose tolerances, because some of the parts don't line up as precisely as portrayed in the photo. There is also a small gap around the floor board on 2 sides which is enough to allow small pieces of bedding and or animal droppings to fall through. Not ideal. The latching mechanism required you to squeeze both side doors together to get it to work. The design is nice but overall fit and finish would be disappointing if not for the 50% off price. For what I paid, it's a decent value.
