Better than expected
I bought this and 2 dog frames as a Christmas present for my parents who lost all their beloved pets over the past year. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered
I bought this and 2 dog frames as a Christmas present for my parents who lost all their beloved pets over the past year. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered them Dec. 23 (AM) and by Dec. 24 11:00A they were in my hands. OUTSTANDING!! The packaging was unremarkable. The frame itself was shrink-wrapped then placed in bubble wrap and securely place in the sturdy box, almost as if the box was made around the frame. The quality of the product is more than I expected. The panes are glass and were not broken upon receipt. The hinges are solid and held with screws not tacks. The backs are firmly secured. The ribbon is held with a firm staple that can be removed with care if necessary, to affix you own pets collar. The ring that holds the medallion is metal as is the medallion. The ring can be opened with care to include your beloved pets tags. I am extremely happy with this product and service and the auto-ship service I use for my own 4 legged children. Thank you Chewy! You take the worry out of being a pet owner, allow me to spend more time with my 4 legged children.
