This is the first shampoo that doesn't cause flaking and very pleasant scent! Please consider taping the top, it leaked in the packing box, didn't lose a lot, but was messy.

This shampoo smells so good! Unfortunately, quite a bit was lost in the box. I wish it would have been packaged better. It hasn't been used enough yet to see how well it helps my gsp's skin and coat. Hoping it helps him with some healing.

We had a foster dog recovering from demodectic mange. This is what we used once her prescription shampoo was finished. It’s gentle and the scent almost reminds me of baby shampoo, but better. The only thing I wish was that the scent stayed around longer.

Stops the itching

We adopted a 12 yr old dog from our local shelter that was infested with fleas when found. She had a lot of itching and red spots after fleas treatment. After using this shampoo it helped with the itching. It also left her coat soft and shiny. We use it every 2 days and the itchy, hot spots have resolved. Great shampoo!

The shampoo is watery. I had to use twice as much of this shampoo. I’m giving two stars because it does smell good. Might be okay for an animal with short hair.

packaging problem

Cannot say if I liked this product because I didn't get to use it. The pump was enabled so my package was full of shampoo on all the items. I had to soak and rinse multiple times to get the shampoo out. A piece of Tape over the pump mechanism might be helpful in the future.

Cleans well, nice & soft! Pump is handy feature (I tend to use too much from regular bottles). Not a fan of the scent (just don't like scents much, luckily this one is light). Always appreciate fast delivery Chewy.
