Just received the collar, I do not see how it is adjustable. Do you have a video of how to adjust it? Also more than 1/2 the collar's reflective material is hidden by a 2nd layer of collar which makes it very very thick to put on a small necked dog or puppy.

Under the snap closure is the area to tighten the collar. Here is a picture of underneath the snap closure.

This collar can be machine washed. however, do not use in dryer.

Doesn't stay on correctly

Very soft, well made. Reflective area is big and noticable. Looks like a nice collar. It fit my cane Corso very well. The reason for 2 stars is that the bottom portion pops out all the time and doesn't stay together and when it pops out it makes the collar really loose and it doesn't stay tight for walking and she can pull out of it Horrible collar for use, but looks nicely made. I would not recommend. I won't really be able to use this.

Bad design

Like others, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The design and fit is flawed. The collar is completely adjustable but really only fits properly when fully extended. If buying for your dog at its longest length then padding, reflective strip, and clasp will work fine. Otherwise expect bunching, lack of reflective strip showing, and uneasy feeling that your dog can escape. I should have returned but tried to alter to make it better, it didnt.

Itchy collars

I have to puppies and purchased xxsmall collars for both. One of the puppies was able to wear the collar immediately. The other one had to grow into it. Upon placing the collar on the first puppy, she began immediately scratching. I thought maybe fleas as she came from an unsanitary environment. However, soon after I placed the collar on the other puppy and she began scratching as well. Upon removal, both stopped. I am going to assume that there is something in the material that irritated their skin.

We bought this dog collar for Zoey & it's great. It's well made, seems very soft & comfortable on it & love the reflective strip on the band.

Clunky Fit

I was really excited to receive this collar for my new Chihuahua mix puppy. I originally bought the small and it was too large. When I got the extra small, it fit fine but the collar itself is extremely clunky. I would have thought that the material would have been thinner/lighter for such a small dog. I ended up buying another one that was much more appropriate for an x-small/small breed dog.

Very nice, well made, quite a bit of adjustment. Even has a small attachment to attach yourID tags to. Very happy with the product.

Awful collar!

The person who designed this collar should be made to wear it. Heavy and awkward with a difficult locking mechanism, I should have read the other reviews before buying.

Pawtitas dog collar

do not recommend. the clasp to size to the neck of my dog didnt hold true and when walking using the collar it stretched to the max and my dog took off! thankfully we were able to catch her before she got hurt. I need to buy another collar asap.
