I took off stars because I chose the black one and i got a completely different green one. It’s still pretty good, just a lot of money to not get what you chose.

I have a 90.5” ceiling, so I expected this tower to fit in the Type 2 configuration pictured. When it arrived, though, it did not fit; the poles were too tall to fit between the top shelf and the ceiling, and the adjustable bars didn’t reach the ceiling without the poles. I emailed the company, they responded the same day, and they sent me shorter poles (no charge!) that arrived within the week. Talk about amazing customer service! I put the pieces in slightly different spots to fit my space, and my cats have been thoroughly enjoying this tower. They use it all day and all night. It’s sturdy and cute, and I can’t wait to buy from this company again.

This was for in front of an afternoon sun window. There is no way to attach it to a wall for stability for vibrant zoomie prone kitties. You HAVE to make sure to make the connections at the ceiling stout. Not screws needed, just have to put some force on the tension screws to make it stout. It's been up for 2 weeks in front of a window that is "territory" prone, with a house full of kitties prone to the zoomies. It has held up very well. There's 2 kinds of "hammocks" for kitties that like that, a little "house" and several levels of flat platforms to lay on. For the price, this is a very good deal. Just take time to tighten the ceiling tension screw things for safety.

This was a great purchase. We bought this cat tree because of its small footprint. Because it is floor-t0-ceiling, the base isn't as large as a freestanding cat tree would be. I love this! Our kitties use the scratchers and all of the levels, and the mushroom is adorable. It's really sturdy and well loved.

Plus the tree is actually adorable in person, I wish the covers for the tension part were a bit cuter but I think practicality was the main focus in that. Definitely recommend this!!

I have a fairly lanky cat who is just over 13lbs. This cat tree is sturdy, it holds him without wobbling even when he bolts up it like a maniac. The downside is
I have a fairly lanky cat who is just over 13lbs. This cat tree is sturdy, it holds him without wobbling even when he bolts up it like a maniac. The downside is the size of certain parts. If you have a cat that is particularly large this may not work for you. My cat can lay on the 2 large platforms and the larger hammock. He doesn’t fit in the small hammock or the condo. My cat LOVES to use the parts that he does fit in and I think this cat tree would be perfect for a smaller cat.
