Shocking horrendous, never will buy from this brand again

It is off-kilter, it is off balance, it is cracked. It is chipped, it is the cheapest quality of wood and it is such a disappointing product , if you can even call

It is off-kilter, it is off balance, it is cracked. It is chipped, it is the cheapest quality of wood and it is such a disappointing product , if you can even call it a product because it's not suitable for any cat. It doesn't even fit together properly or snuggly because it is so ridiculously cheap. Whoever made this obviously has no passion or love for animals because they would never put a product out in existence of this sort, they obviously just wanted a quick cash grab and could care less about the pet or customer.

They started climbing it before I could finish building it :) 3 separate hammocks/baskets is great since mine tend to “fight” over those. The wood element is a nice touch as is the box and mini tunnel on the bottom. Very sturdy! one of my cats is a 15lb boy and he didn’t have an issue climbing it. Instructions were clear and I had no problem building it by myself. (Im a 5’7” female). I love floor to ceiling cat trees but feel like a lot of them don’t have much variety - that’s why i chose this one!
