broke within seconds of opening

The wood of the frame split in two different places with simply pulling the item from the box. So it now has 2 chunks missing out of the frame which is sad.

Memorial frame

This would have been the second one I ordered first one I got was just fine this one came damaged the back will not sit in right because the frame is cracked
