I use this for my Lhasa Apso, Looey on those damp mornings/nights when the grass is wet and I put this on him under his raincoat when it’s raining. This outfit keeps all the wetness out!!! It is fabulous!!! His belly and all paws/legs remain dry!!! I can’t rave enough about this item. Also after several washes (on delicate cycle & hanging to air dry) this outfit looks like the day I took it out of the bag. The quality is outstanding! It is a well made item! I would recommend this outfit to everyone!!!
