Prior to opening, store cans in a place where the temperature is between 50-100°F. Do not freeze canned cat or dog food as it can change the texture and taste of the food. Your pet’s bowl should be emptied of moist or canned food not eaten by your cat or dog within 4 hours if the ambient temperature is above 50°F. Opened cans should be stored in the fridge, at temperatures between 40-45°F, for a maximum of 5-7 days. Any cat or dog food remaining after that time should be thrown out.

Since I feed so many barn cats, I've found that dog food is the cheaper option. This type was on sale, and although I usually use the pate' type, I decided to go ahead and get this for the cats. They seem to enjoy it, although that could be because they are in competition with so many other cats to get to it that I may be imagining it. It's a lot messier and wetter than the pate food, which I would prefer to eat them due to the mess. Wish Chewy would put their $30 gift card offer with a $100 purchase again. Seems like forever since they offered that deal, which helps me a lot.

I’ve been feeding Pedigree dog food for over 20 years. I spent 10 years as an Animal Control Officer and also ran an animal rescue, caring for many dogs in addition to my own. Pedigree was always my go-to food. Every dog eagerly ate it and cleaned their bowl, which says a lot about the taste and texture. I like mixing these chunks with Pedigree dry food to make meals more satisfying. Veterinarians have consistently been happy with my dogs’ weight and overall health, with few needs beyond routine care. Pedigree has also had a strong safety record over the years. As someone feeding multiple dogs and foster dogs, I trust Pedigree to provide safe, affordable, and dependable nutrition every time.

I've mentioned this to them before since some of us have heath issues and can't lift heavy items. I couldn't lift this at all & had to push & "roll" the box into my front door. It better not happen again !

While this young Service Dog Cadet can be a picky eater she loves Pedigree Canned Food but this has more gravy in ratio to the smaller cans and if I rinse the gravy off she will eat it but odd thing is that she has no problem eating the exact same thing from the smaller cans. We bought her 12 cans and have only opened one and why chance it we won't feed her any more of this batch

Damaged Cans

The cans arrive dented. Especially at the top and bottom seals.. very dangerous and cracks at this location could cause poisoning to dogs. 10 cases all different

Especially at the top and bottom seals.. very dangerous and cracks at this location could cause poisoning to dogs. 10 cases all different lot numbers were delivered over a two month. Period. All damaged.. chewy did everything they could and replace them, but it clearly is not worth the hassle.

they shipped 3 case of 12 13 0z cans in a box for each case did not put packing supplies in the boxes all 36 canes came damage and leaking called about this they will give my money back but need to do things to prove to them they were damage witch is ok but this is the 2nd time I went throw this not worth the time to order on line they do not put time in packing the product so you get it damage and you have to deal with getting your money back I ORDER ON LINE FOR CONVANCE not to jump throw hoops to get my dogs food if by any thing with weight do not very poor packing it came FedEx they jest drop it off knowing it was no good
