This was supposed to be a bundle deal, with a 44 pound bag of dog food AND a case of 12 cans of wet dog . Unfortunately IHad to call Customer Service because all I received was the 44 pound bag of dry dog food. Someone in the shipping department forgot to include my wet dog food. Customer Service acted immediately and I received the remainder of my order two days later so now I’ve been made whole, and I’m a happy camper, And so is my dog Nova!

Almost every can is dented in every shipment. Maybe cans have to be opened from the bottom with a manual can opener instead of the pop top. I don’t know if this is happening in the warehouse or during the delivery or if they just toss it out on the driveway but itnever fails over half is dented.

Our dog likes the cans that aren't spoiled.

I wasn't sure what to rate this. My dog loves it, but he was sick for 2 days and the two cans I was using, smelled sour. He had to be on rice for a bit, but is back

I wasn't sure what to rate this. My dog loves it, but he was sick for 2 days and the two cans I was using, smelled sour. He had to be on rice for a bit, but is back to normal. The next can we opened smelled fine. Once I open a can or two, I transfer the contents to a plastic food container and store it in the compartment where butter usually goes. With the lid over it, the pet foods are separated from other human food odors. Normally I use 2 or 3 spoonful's of canned food to my dog's dry food and powdered vitamin. I switched to this when the price for the bone broth I was buying, increased. In both products, he was looking forward to his meals and still does. I threw out the two cans that were sour. I didn't start paying attention to the appearance of the cans until I saw the review & pics of one of the customers. The cans I had to throw away, had only been opened for 2 days. I don't know know what the original cans looked like of the first 5. There was only one of the remaining seven cans, where the lid was dented. I couldn't tell what the expiration date was. I saw a "21", but I couldn't tell if that was the day or the year. I'm not sure if I will buy this again, though. The can we're using now seems okay and he's back to normal. I'm undecided about continuing to buy this product. Having to throw out two cans and then seeing one questionable can among the seven, isn't good.

My dog loves this food but I have 2 problems with it. Half of the can is just liquid, not solid food. Also, the quantities make it difficult to use autoship. 12

I would like to say that I reached out to chewy and they’re me a brand new box. So while I was not happy with the original order, chewy did make it right and they did it quickly.
