First order we got a couple of dented cans but I got a credit for them. The second order was packed properly and had no dents. This last order had no packaging or
First order we got a couple of dented cans but I got a credit for them. The second order was packed properly and had no dents. This last order had no packaging or stuffing around the order. Then there were 2 cans with no labels, 12 cans dented of which 2 so severely that might not open, and only about 8 or 9 cans that were not dented. So I canceled the auto shipping. I was very disappointed with the last order.

Damaged Cans in Shipments
It appears that Chewy is sending 2nds tucked in with good cans of dog food. Cans that are bent and smashed. Tying to open one of the smashed cans, I sliced my finger
It appears that Chewy is sending 2nds tucked in with good cans of dog food. Cans that are bent and smashed. Tying to open one of the smashed cans, I sliced my finger and had to go to the doctor for a tetanus shot. You quality control is not catching this, or it is intentional. Unacceptable!
