Never got them

So I have never had an issue with Chewy when there has been an issue with how a delivery has been poorly made or when a package was missing something until today!

So I have never had an issue with Chewy when there has been an issue with how a delivery has been poorly made or when a package was missing something until today! I did not get the right item or the right at all! The girl on the phone was going to have me send back the wrong item and thats fine but i was going to have to wait for mine! WHAT!!! I didnt make the mistake CHEWY did!!! Very upsetting that after all this time this is what chewy has come down to!!

The description as well as photo of the product say it's intended for small birds, but once it got here it's labeled for medium/large birds. Not what I needed
