description says perch is for large birds. product arrived is only for largest of parrots.
African Grey Owner
I opened the perch that was completely sealed in plastic. As soon as I touched it my hands were covered in pink. I attempted to wash the pink perch to hopefully remove the pink dust coloring but I was wasting my time as you can see in the picture. Is this even safe for my African grey? I was astounded that Chewy would sell a product that may be toxic to the parrot it was meant for. Please don’t make this mistake, I showed it to my Avian Vet friend who advised me to discard it.
