You NEED to remove the fish recommendations for this. Bettas need a minimum of 5 gallons, goldfish need significantly more due to the amount of waste they produce, white could mountain minnows get to be over an inch long and need to be kept in groups of 6+ and need at least a 10 gallon. The bare minimum rule is 1 gallon per inch of fish length. Maybe a few small shrimp could go in; but, realistically, no live animals should go in this. Chewy, you need to do better about promoting proper animal husbandry.

Not sure why this would be sold. We know bettas need 5+ gallons just to be humane.

This is far to small and inadequate for an fish or anything I’m aware of but for betta needs at least 5 gallons this is incredibly disappointing and gross to say this is an actual aquaponics project. Maybe a few shrimp could fit at best or a snail but yo my knowledge they don’t produce enough bio waste to support a plant.

I wouldn't call this an 'aquarium' tank as it's waaaay too small for any fish or shrimp but its great for plants! For smaller water-loving plants like pothos, or swiss cheese mostera. The only animal I would recommend adding would be trumpet snails and/or ram horn snails since they don't require a bubbler (like shrimp) and don't require much space to thrive. The snails poop a lot which provide fertilizer for my pothos and the pothos cleans the water for the snail so it's a win/win for them. HOWEVER I'd only recommend this if you have loaches and/or puffer fish to eat the snails since they will overpopulate.
