Do not buy!

I've only had this in my son's tank for 2 weeks as a fun setup for his birthday. In that time, he had 3 fish die and one cory that nearly died until I put it in

I've only had this in my son's tank for 2 weeks as a fun setup for his birthday. In that time, he had 3 fish die and one cory that nearly died until I put it in my other tank. The water paramers are perfect (it was tested myself and by my local pet store). It wasn't until I took a closer look at the new decor that I saw what was happening. This ornament is peeling paint and leaching who knows what into the water. The color has faded significantly. I'm so upset that this has now caused me to need to do a complete teardown of his tank that took forever to get established less than 6 months ago. I won't be purchasing any more "fun" decor.
