The smallest opening is a half inch long, while the largest opening is approximately an inch long. Most cichlids would be too large to fit through these openings.

This is a great ship and my son loves it for his new tank! However, the coloring from what we viewed online is much lighter than the actual item. The ship is almost black is it so dark and the green/blue/red does not read as vibrant as the pictures here. It still looks great with the lights on in the tank.

It’s a great addition to my tank. My Loach and snails love to hide within it and my guppies love to swim through the holes provided. But the day I received it in

It’s a great addition to my tank. My Loach and snails love to hide within it and my guppies love to swim through the holes provided. But the day I received it in the package it came in. The bottom of the boat was broken. I wasn’t throwing a fit because it was going in the tank regardless. Just hope I don’t receive anymore broken items I buy from chewy.
