Is the plastic textured at all? I want to use for bettas but clwar won't do they will never leave each other alone

This product has a perforated texture. The divider is clear, allowing the fish to still see each other.

Would this work well to separate betta and African dwarf frogs just during feeding? I would only use it during feeding so it has to be easy to take in and out every day.

The tank divider can be un-clipped and removed, as needed.

Can it be cut on top and bottom? Do you need a special tool to cut?

This tank divider may be cut to size, if needed. A pair of scissors or a box cutter may be used.

Hi, Is the water oxygenated on both sides? The holes are so small but I can only put the hang on back filter to one side and I want to make sure both sides get sufficient oxygen and filtration through those tiny holes. Thank you.

Difficult to set up

I had gotten this in the hopes of separating two fish that weren't getting along. I had to trim it to make it fit. Also, the holes are very small and water will not pass thru them. I did have a filter for each side of the tank so filtration wasn't a problem, but I only had one heater so with the lack of water flow between the 2 sides, only one side was able to be heated. In the end, I just bought another tank.

Disappointed

I have an aggressive fish I wanted to separate. The divider did work as described I had it in for 1 day and a couple of things happened in my tank. First, the divider

I have an aggressive fish I wanted to separate. The divider did work as described I had it in for 1 day and a couple of things happened in my tank. First, the divider was clear when it was installed after the first day it is cloudy and obscure does not come clear with a cleaning. Secondly, there are tiny holes for water flow but they don't work. The water on the other side of the divider from the filter was stagnant and had a film on top from lack of circulation. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to consider this purchase a waste and get rid of my aggressive fish.

Works great to keep my Betta's apart. I would recommend putting sand, or rocks in the tank, so they can't swim under the divider. Fits very snug on the sides,

Works great to keep my Betta's apart. I would recommend putting sand, or rocks in the tank, so they can't swim under the divider. Fits very snug on the sides, of the tank and at the top. My tank is an older 10 gallon tank. My tank is over 20 years old. I don't know, if the divider would fit the same, on a newer one, since the newer tanks are bigger.

Wated my money

Does not fit the tank as the side bars are too tall. Also, my beta easily slips between the side bars and the glass. Don't waste your money!
