We ordered these steps for the bed in our RV. Unfortunately, my husband was putting them together at 10 pm upon our arrival when he realized the stabilizer bar

We ordered these steps for the bed in our RV. Unfortunately, my husband was putting them together at 10 pm upon our arrival when he realized the stabilizer bar was missing. Without that, the steps were too unstable for our lab mix. I called Chewy that late at night on a weekend, and a sweet soul answered the phone. And she offered to send us a new set of steps. Now, we both agreed it wouldn't help us for that trip, but the next order had everything we needed. Chewy is awesome!

It came used!

The bubble wrap was dirty, there was a step that had a spot on it, there was pet hair, there was damage on one of the steps. The box was obviously opened and taped

The bubble wrap was dirty, there was a step that had a spot on it, there was pet hair, there was damage on one of the steps. The box was obviously opened and taped again. The box had holes on the sides. And to top it off the steps are very steep. NOT happy at all. Returned and waiting for my refund.

Great Steps

I'm shopping for a third set of steps for our senior kitties and noticed the low rating for this. This is my FAVORITE steps because the fourth step really helps

I'm shopping for a third set of steps for our senior kitties and noticed the low rating for this. This is my FAVORITE steps because the fourth step really helps. The top step is flush with the cusion on my sofa, but a tall step shorter than the bed so my 17 year old little lady has a hard time getting in bed. I would not hesitate getting these sturdy, taller steps again.
