The blanket has 2 layers and they aren’t attached except along the edges where the 2 layers are sewn together. It’s not a big deal but it’s almost impossible to get the blanket to lay flat. Most importantly my dog loves the soft, fluffy, material. She likes to ball her blankets up and use them like a pillow. A win for my dog!

blanket has two separate layers that shift around. I would have preferred if the blanket was fused together rather than two blankets sewn around the outside border

blanket has two separate layers that shift around. I would have preferred if the blanket was fused together rather than two blankets sewn around the outside border edge. I have not washed the blanket and worry that the fleece side of this blanket might disintegrate in the wash...stay tuned.....

Liked color

Very weird material. I have other dog blankets which will lay nicely over furniture, etc. This one has a tent type texture to it. Cannot be used to cover furniture

protects dog beds and crate pads

This is not a couch cover. I use the 4 we have over the dog bed's and in the crates on the crate pads. My dogs love to dig to create their sleeping space. Digging

This is not a couch cover. I use the 4 we have over the dog bed's and in the crates on the crate pads. My dogs love to dig to create their sleeping space. Digging focused on just the dog bed or he crate pad eventually wears those items down. BUT a blanket tossed on top made specifically for the dog, they can "create" their sleeping space how they like it. I wash dog blankets once every 3 months. I also have blanket suckers who suck their blanket as they fall asleep. These blankets make the perfect blankets for on top of the dog bed and crate pads in the crate. Have worked in the car too. not the couch or my bed lol

Very thin

It is very thin material. It’s supposed to be water resistant. It remains to be seen. I purchased a different one elsewhere and it’s solid and definitely waterproof

it is very soft and cozy

My Shipoo snuggles right up. He likes both sides equally except for the non-shirt beside is slippery and sometimes he slides off the bed.
