Is this microwave safe?

This pad is made of BPA-FREE and FDA approved ABS plastic, which is similar to most kitchenware and safe for food contact. We generally do not recommend using it in the microwave at high heat, as ABS may deform at temperatures above 120°C (248°F).

We love this feeder! Our dog gets bored with meal time but enjoys having the multiple paw prints to eat from, if she leaves some in the bowl we then can remove the licky mat portion and freeze it and then she enjoys licking it off later. It’s plastic but sturdy.

Great bowl alternative!

I recently adopted a rescue dog who came from an Amish puppy mill. This dog has no concept of what being a dog is. None! Birds outside were scary at first; furniture

I recently adopted a rescue dog who came from an Amish puppy mill. This dog has no concept of what being a dog is. None! Birds outside were scary at first; furniture unknown; grass was new; everything needs to be learned, including bowls. I couldn't get her to eat from a bowl and had to feed her nothing but kibble on the couch. I thought this might allow me to feed her the kibble and also the raw food diet with it because, unlike a bowl, it's relatively flat (though raised) with spaces to hold the food safely if she liked it. She loves it! She eats every bit of food I put in it, and it holds as much as a regular bowl. I'm so happy I bought this for her!
