Don't know how to pack a box

I purchased these earrings which I thought were really cute and when I got the box today I had ordered two 25 lb boxes of kitty litter well they put the earrings

I purchased these earrings which I thought were really cute and when I got the box today I had ordered two 25 lb boxes of kitty litter well they put the earrings underneath the boxes so of course the hooks were broken so now I just have two cats I was very disappointed first time ordering from here don't know if I'll order again
