We've used this Pet Gear stroller for 2 years now and it has been great. Light weight, folds up for easy transport in the trunk of our small car, and our dog loves traveling in it. Would definitely purchase it again.
Our dog loves her new stroller! She was diagnosed with cancer a couple months ago and can tire out more easily. She loves going on adventures so this gives us the ability to let her walk as far as she wants without having to worry about her being able to make it back. When she gets tired, she hops in and rides like the princess she is! The design was perfect for training too. She can get confinement anxiety so being able to start training her to get on the platform with it fully open (not moving) was super helpful! Working on the door closing with the front still open was also a huge help. Once we could close the front and back we added movement but I love the open sun roof. She’s too short to see out but I think the opening makes her more comfy. Such a great purchase and chewy had the best pricing!
This baby is a little gem! My Corgi is no longer ambulatory; she has hip dysplasia. Open the box, snap on the wheels and tray and voila! With two front wheels, steering and ride is smooth. It glides easily over grass when negotiating to the sidewalk. The mesh sides are great for her viewing and the top un-zips for petting. Cut the tag off so you can get to the foot break. Great deal.
Very Sturdy. Have two dogs 15lbs and 18lbs. they fit with plenty of room.
My 14.5 year old Pit mix has orthopedic issues and his daily walks have had to be greatly reduced. He was really missing seeing his friends in the neighborhood. I am so happy that I got him this stroller! This picture was taken on his first outing. He adjusted to it right away. Easy entry and exit, easy to push. "Joey" weighs 60 pounds and there is enough room for him. While there is a good pad at the bottom, I have since added another blanket for even more cushion. Assembly was easy, and I am not usually good at assembling things. This stroller is a great way to keep your dog enjoying the outdoors if he or she has any mobility problems. Highly recommend!
I bought the Pet Gear Expedition Stroller for my beagle, Lucy, who recently had surgery on both front feet. Lucy had to wear the cone of shame for several weeks, and was not supposed to walk very far during her recuperation. The stroller allowed me to bring Lucy along while I exercised. It also let me keep an eye on Lucy, in case she attempted to shed the hated cone. The Expedition Stroller has worked wonderfully. It moves smoothly, has easy access for pet entry and exit, and has ample screening for air circulation. I added a padded crate mattress to cushion the occasional jolts caused by our local bumpy roads. Lucy needed only a few days to get used to the stroller, and now she loves it! I highly recommend the Pet Gear Expedition Stroller.
