Defective; Directions unclear/missing

I was excited for this to arrive for my pup. However the box was damaged on arrival, the instructions/illustrations were not clear. There pieces to assemble the

I was excited for this to arrive for my pup. However the box was damaged on arrival, the instructions/illustrations were not clear. There pieces to assemble the rear wheels from the booklet but they came already assembled? Then the piece for the car there are no instructions how to put it together? If the illustrations for assembly where like the human/actual images of how to use the stroller, it would be perfect. Due to the wrong illustration being shown I put the front wheel on upside down and then it popped off when I used it outside forcing me to carry the whole system up 3 flights of stairs. My excitement went to livid. Not sure if Quality Assurance is short staffed or just not checking the products before shipping.
