My dog refused it mixed in food, for a while I was able to mix it with peanut butter but it was just inconvenient and messy. Switched to chewable brand.

Excellent supplement for CKD

seems to work but price hike unacceptable

my cat seems to be doing well on this. i mix it twice a day, however a price increase of $10 per bottle in a 6 month period is insane! The pet care price gouging

Did not help lower phos, only raised calcium

This did not help my CRF/CKD kitty's phosphorus levels like it was supposed to, but it did raise his blood calcium levels. He ended up nauseous because of this

This did not help my CRF/CKD kitty's phosphorus levels like it was supposed to, but it did raise his blood calcium levels. He ended up nauseous because of this and became averse to the expensive rx foods he was eating and would not go back to them even after he was feeling better (after he was on "rx vitamins" brand phos-bind for awhile, also sold here by Chewy).

My guy has chronic renal disease and it’s been progressing over the 4 years I’ve had him. He’s on subcutaneous fluids every other day and was still throwing up quite a bit. I’ve been giving one scoop of this to my cat in his low-phosphorus wet food for about two months now and I’ve seen a significant change in how often he throws up. He’s gone from a few times a week to maybe a handful of times since introducing this supplement. Would definitely recommend.
