Disappointing

Missing a tine out of the box. Wanted to try this with our long hair cat who is very petite, so difficult to use a traditional rake off away from back and sides

Missing a tine out of the box. Wanted to try this with our long hair cat who is very petite, so difficult to use a traditional rake off away from back and sides. Tried all 3 blades on standard, double coat as well as long hair. In addition to it rotating between blades too easily, was also able to immediately use standard single rakes and combs right after and lift even more hair from same area.
