Cute but Sizing is Wrong

The costume is adorable, but the sizes are crazy. My dog is a 35 lb basset-terrier mix. He is *very* short to the ground, and I can't imagine anyone saying he's a "large dog" in any sense. I ordered a medium, and this costume did not even remotely fit around his neck or waist. There's very little stretch to the costume. I'm still going to try and re-order in a larger size (note - Chewy does not do exchanges, but they refunded me and told me to donate the costume rather than return it which is VERY cool imo). Contrary to some of the reviews I've read, the legs ARE flexible and can be shaped. Again, it's super cute, but the sizing is just ridiculous. I don't see how you could possibly order a size large enough to fit a German Shepherd, for instance.
