Size was off

Love both the jackets the light weight, the color also is great. I ordered brown it’s more like a burnt sienna maybe? But I still love it. Only problem is I went according to the chart on the weight for my pug and my black English lab. They both were off. The jacket for the lab Fit my pug and now I’m getting ready to order another one for the lab. Extra large. Hopefully that one will fit. But I do Recommend. I like the fact that if it gets wet it just rolls right off the jacket rain or snow.

I almost fell over laughing... I put this perfect fit coat on my barrel chested Beagle and she loved it so much she curled up into her favorite fluff bed and looked like I just dropped a pile of warm from the dryer clothes on her!!! Even better is the fact that it seems to be waterproof!!! That is a big plus here in the Pacific Northwest!! It is lightweight, so she doesn't feel like she is being bulked down when she walks. I love that it covers her chest and front legs where she gets the dirtiest from our hikes/walks in the woods (not a strap across the chest...ugh). May have to order another one!

very tight in chest

my dog has a 20.5" chest so I ordered the Medium as it's listed for chests up to 21" but the jacket will not fasten close and also it is too tight in the 'armpit' for my dog to wear comfortably. I came online to order one size up but the chest size jumps from 19-21 (medium) to 26-28 (large) leaving a dog the size of mine out of luck

Looks better than it performs

Fits a little on the small side. Looks great but it already had loose threads after the first wear. The velcro started to separate from the coat after about 5 or 6 wears. For the price I got it for Im satisfied but I would be very disappointed had I paid full price

Way too cute

I bought two of these jackets, one for my scottie and the other for my maltipoo. How cute!!! My scottie has no problem wearing clothes but it took my maltipoo a couple of times wearing it to stay in the jacket. He managed to get one of his arms out of the sleeve twice on our walk and ended up completely out of the jacket by the end of the walk. It velcros under the bottom to close, would have like a zipper but the velcro held nicely. Once he got used to wearing the jacket, it worked perfectly. We had terrible rains (right after I received the jackets, perfect timing) and their bodies were completely dry (mainly the scottie as the maltipoo kept getting out of his jacket). This jacket in theory is perfect. It's lightweight but warm, has little sleeves, and even has a stuff pack. Unfortunately, it is just not made well. It has probably about 7 loose strings after just receiving it and if i know anything about my dog, will have 5 more after just a couple wears. I really love everything about it, it is just such cheap quality...

This is the best little puffer coat and it’s so cute it comes down on her legs in the front which is a good thing I layered it with one of the fleece vest that I bought from Chewie.com along with a few other items which I’m very happy with customer service was great and helping me exchange the items that were too small or too big thanks again Chewy
