My dog has always loved these snacks and preferred them over any others but the last 3 orders (auto ship) he wouldn’t eat so I started checking them and they must have been on the shelf for a while because they were hard as a brick. I opened the other packages and they were not as hard but still hard and didn’t get eaten. I hate this because he really loves these things.

Both dogs liked the smell of them, but my older dog hesitated to eat it because it was pretty hard and his teeth are not that strong. This brand will not be wasted, but I'll need to buy the other softer brand for at least one of the dogs.

I'm not sure if it's the company sending old products to Chewy or if these treats are not as popular, but just like the Pet'N'Shape All Natural Chicken Hides, these Chicken Rings are old and hard. I have three Chihuahua's and they have a hard time eating these because they are so hard. I have been purchasing these Pet'N'Shape treats for a long time from Chewy, and the last two orders I have received have not been of good quality.
