Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

This spray is not waterproof. It is recommended to reapply whenever the animal is thoroughly wet.

I tried it because I couldn't find what I normally use. I'm not satisfied with it. First the spary scared the cats unlike the other I used. Plus I have now three dogs with bad skin issue. One her hair is falling out. And the other two had blisters where it was applied. I am treating them with medical shampoo and it's seems like it's getting better. I just want to try to find the other I used which was a aerosol mist and all natural. I still would highly recommend Chewy.
