Meclizine HCL USP 25mg.
Feeding Instructions
To prevent motion sickness give 1 tablet 30 minutes before expected travel. For relief give 1 tablet while symptoms are occurring. Do not exceed 1 dose within a 24 hour period. For dogs up to 15 lbs only. Effects last approximately 6 hours.

We got this to help our Maltese puppy handle a one-hour drive to a relative’s house for pet-sitting. We’ve used this only once and it worked as described. Although he did get a bit uncomfortable, our puppy made the trip without accidents or incidents. Couldn’t use it on the return because it was the same day and the dosage instructions warn not to exceed one dose per 24 hours, but it wasn’t needed. We’re making the same drive soon and will use this again. So far we’re satisfied with this item.

Purchased this for my dog who gets really car sick. It was difficult getting a prescription from my vet so this was the only option. The box instructs to give 30 minutes before trip, but after reading reviews, I followed a reviewer’s advice to give 1 hour before trip and it worked for the most part. I hid the pill in a piece of chicken prior to giving it to my dog. She usually vomits within 5 minutes of being in the car, but instead, only vomited once after being in the car for almost 30 minutes. The second time I used it, I only waited 25 minutes before the trip. The pill did not go into effect so she vomited within 5 minutes. I would still order these again only because they do work for a bit, but better than nothing.

She was even sticking her head out the window and looking around (which she never does - usually just lays down and hides her face). Amazing product! I will definitely be re-purchasing.

Every time my small dog is in the car he gets sick. I recently gave this medicine to him 1 hour prior to our 2 hour drive and it worked amazing. No drooling, no puking. He relaxed in his bed and did not seem stressed at all. I have used this twice now and it works so well.

I wanted to share something I’ve come across. So I have twin GSDs which I’m sure you all know but my male Loki gets car sick ALL THE TIME. I have done the not feeding him for 12 hours before and that helps some but on longer road trips I can’t not feed him, and I’ve done the Benadryl route and that doesn’t really work either. He still pukes every single time. Well this current trip was gonna be a few weeks on the road so my mom Robin Burgess ordered this anti motion sickness and relief to try and Loki has NOT thrown up, not even once and we have been on the road for 20 days now. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME. I give him three pills 30 mins to an hour before we leave the hotel each day and he smiles and head out the window like the others. I didn’t want to post this to soon but after this many weeks I can confidently say, this stuff is amazing. I have taken them on 3 other road trips and this is the first one I haven’t had to be cautious and have cleaning supplies ready. It’s amazing. So yeah, if you have a dog that gets car sick. This stuff is legit. If I could advertise for them I would shout it to the world. It has def changed my and Lokis world. Just wanted to let people know.
