Omega Aioli

Trying this because my cat wouldn't even touch her food with typical fish oil. This still has a fishy smell, but not as bad. I never know if she's going to finish

Trying this because my cat wouldn't even touch her food with typical fish oil. This still has a fishy smell, but not as bad. I never know if she's going to finish her whole meal (wet food) right away, and I have another cat who will, so I put the supplement in part of her food so I can see if she's eaten that part or not. My cat can tell it's there, and will try to eat the other parts of food first, so I started giving her only the portion with the supplement (before the rest of her food), to make sure she's eating all of it, and she does. The consistency is like aioli, so it makes it easier to control the blending/hiding and the pumps make it easy to split it throughout the day. I've also done a pump into a bowl, and her hard treats on top of it, and she eats it right up. Only 2 weeks in, so no comments on how it's working yet. She has very dry and flaky skin from kidney issues, so hoping by next bottle she doesn't look like I dropped a salt bottle on her.

My oldest boy jaxz has weird skin outbreaks about twice a year. All of sudden all the hair on the back of his neck falls out in clumps. Happens same way twice a year. He was even wearing a shirt and hated it. Started to use this on his last outbreak and seemed to stop the hair from falling out and had healed and grew hair back quicker than anything else I've tried so far. Right now skin and hair are soft.

Noticing shinier coats

Took a bit longer to place my review as I wanted to see how my cats responded to the oil. 2 out of 3 of my cats seemed to like the taste of the oil that I placed on top of their wet foods. Initially I didn’t see a difference in their fur but overtime I noticed their coats were shinier & softer than before. They are only 3 & 4 years old so I can’t comment on their joints but overall I’d use this product again. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a softer coat of fur!

Dog doesn't seem to mind

We haven't been using this product long enough to notice a difference with our dog's coat or skin, but it seems to be inoffensive enough that she does not notice

We haven't been using this product long enough to notice a difference with our dog's coat or skin, but it seems to be inoffensive enough that she does not notice that there is an addition to her normal food. It squirts out as a solid colored, light tan liquid which slight viscosity. We haven't noticed any negative side effects, but do keep in mind that per the packaging, it should be refrigerated after opening. I do think that the fact that my dog hasn't noticed a different taste or smell with its addition is probably a good sign for pickier eaters!

I like the formula of this product, but the bottle is so small that it was gone before I could tell a difference in my dog. If you have a small dog it would be worth it as the number of squirts you dispense correlates to you dog's weight. She didn't notice it in her food so it must have an acceptable taste.

He used to get shots from vet..I didn’t like giving him those, so now I’m looking for more natural treatments. This seems to be working well so far. We will continue to use it.

This is a unique product to provide omega 3 to your pet without the use of fish oil. It’s vegan and sustainably sourced. The pump bottle is easy to use and stayed clean…a nice change from salmon oil bottles that always leave your hands a little fishy smelling. The product is a cream color, and the scent wasn’t noticeable to me. Catsby was happy to devour it on top of his food, so it must taste good to cats. Unfortunately I couldn’t evaluate its ability to improve coat and skin because Catsby was allergic to it. He’s allergic to lots of other things also, so it wasn’t the fault of the product.

If you can't use salmon oil for your omega fatty acids, this is a good, but pricey alternative. My size pup needs 10 pumps per serving, so this little bottle doesn't last long.

Not a good product for larger dogs

Based on the weight of my two dogs (which are around 55 pounds), I would have to use a ridiculous amount of product for each dog. It also has to be refrigerated

Based on the weight of my two dogs (which are around 55 pounds), I would have to use a ridiculous amount of product for each dog. It also has to be refrigerated after opening which is another inconvenience. Not a good product for larger dogs. I would rather just plop a fish oil capsule down with their dry food. They have a slow feeder so it made the bowl really sticky and slimey.

I like that it was easy to mix into the food, she seems a little less stiff I’ve noticed but it hasn’t really been long Enough to decide that it was the product

Or if she’s just feeling a little bit better. I also tried it with our Almost 20 year old cat. Who did fine with the flavor as well, but I haven’t noticed any change in her ambulation. But then again she is almost 20 years old.
