A little too large for my dog

    By on

I was very excited to receive these toothbrushes, as my Boston terrier is a little apprehensive about traditional style toothbrushes. I put a little bit of peanut butter on the end of the tooth brush and let her lick it off so she wouldn't be as worried with it near her face. Unfortunately when it came to the actual application of the toothbrush, it was too girthy to fit inside her cheek to brush her back molars (the teeth that need the most attention). What I was able to brush in her mouth was very difficult to clean off the finger toothbrush, even after several applications of soap/water.

    easy to use

    By on

I purchased this since our 9 yr old cockapoo has had to have yearly cleanings which is taking a toll on her having to under anesthesia. I started slow working with her to get her used to it. She has a small mouth so it's a little hard getting into the back teeth, but the design is well made. Might work better if it was slightly pointed at the end.

    Can't use these

    By on

These came in package of 3. They are large and bulky, probably good for manly fingers not small hands like mine. Also, these are probably meant for big dogs. I have a yorkiepoo and a cocker/cotton. They are uncomfortable with this big thing that I can't even keep on my finger... I would return it but can't since I opened the package and used one...

Size too large for my dog's mouth

    By on

We tried to use this for our pups who are about 12 & 15 pounds. They were awkward and too big for their little mouths. So not sure if they are effective or not. Wish they would have come in varying sizes. Very disappointed.

    Finger Toothbrush

    By on

This finger toothbrush works well if you’re able to keep it on your finger. This finger brush is very large and doesn’t stay on my finger. I believe it’s a better fit for a man.

    Definitely NOT for cats

    By on

If you can manage to clean your cat's teeth with these, you must have a mountain lion. They are way too big for a cat's mouth. The closest my cat has gotten to using one of these is smacking it around the floor. If you have a dog, go for it!

WAY TOO HUGE for a tiny cat's mouth

    By on

I was so disappointed that this finger brush will NOT WORK FOR CATS because it is WAY TOO BIG TO FIT INTO A CAT'S TINY MOUTH, even though it says it is FOR BOTH DOGS AND CATS. Please get a smaller one for cats. I will make a call to the company to have the company stop labeling it for both species, because this size is not appropriate for cats.

Less teeth cleaning by the vet

    By on

Tried this tooth brush on my cat. I think it is too big. Going to try a baby’s tooth brush instead. Think it would work better on a larger animal to brush its teeth.

    Simple dental tool

    By on

The finger opening is made for a giant finger, but I wrapped tape around my finger to fill in the gaps, and it worked fine. Needs frequent rinsing.
