Easy to break tabs, dog thinks they are a treat

My dog won't eat this.....

I ordered this for my Yorkie, Frank, but he won't touch it. I really wanted him to benefit from the vitamins but he isn't having it.

Not super pricey and the dog loves them. They seem to have all the vitamins and minerals recommended for dogs and he eats them as if they were a treat instead something
