Active Ingredients: Glucosamine Sulfate (Shellfish Source), Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate), Green Lipped Mussel (Perna canaliculus), Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Sea Cucumber, Polygonum, Angelica Sinensis, Rehmannia, Alfalfa Powder, Manganese Ascorbate, Vitamin E (D-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate).

Inactive Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Distilled Monoglycerides, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Natural Flavoring, Silicon Dioxide, Sucrose.

Double the daily amount for the first 4-6 weeks.
