Instructions
Administer Immune SURE twice daily:

Shake well before use. Does not require refrigeration.
It is not recommended to use Immune SURE continually. Some immune conditions will respond with daily administration and constant immune support will not be needed. If longer therapy is required, use for three weeks and discontinue for one week before resuming administration again. Continue to pulse administration in this way, as needed.

The problem with this product is that it tastes terrible! However, it works amazing if you have the resolve to give it to your cat if you love them and they need it and want them to get well. My 17 yr old cat had been treated with antibiotics and antiinflammatories and as soon as treatment was over, virus was worse than before. Cat was MISERABLE. Gave him Immune Sure for 5 1/2 days. Symptoms disappeared! It made him sick to his stomach because he had not been eating enough to handle the bitters in the product, so I discontinued. Gave him slippery elm with water in syring to clear up tummy troubles. I thought for sure his symptoms would return, but they have not after a week. I'm frankly shocked! The ingredients in this are excellent and the product is amazing! After giving your pet this, give them a treat and love on them to offset the icky taste!

That doesn’t seem likely. The option of putting it in water does not seem viable as the one cat does not stop to drink when it comes to eat. I tried to contact the company and their website is not up and running. I will see what I can do, but probably should’ve selected another product.

Needs a better dropper
Not sure if it works but very hard to count drops. The dropper has a flat bottom and too much comes out.
