I gave my 13 year old Japanese Spitz grandpup about half a bottle of this(10 drops on each meal) and really did not see much difference. Being somewhat pricy i wasn't sure if we would continue after the first bottle was gone. I decided to try giving it in a little warm water 30 - 60 minutes before food. That's when i did begin to see a difference almost immediately. Will invest in another bottle and continue giving it awhile before food. That seems to be the way it works best in his case. He's also taking a Zesty Paws Cognition Bite in the evening. The combo of the two seems to help alot with his Sundowner's Syndrome as well as his slowing down due to age. By & large, he's doing pretty well for a fellow in his golden years.

My 12 year old dog was having problems getting up after TPLO surgery and having arthritis as well as a touch of hip dysplasia. I read the reviews on this and talked to an adviser at petwellbeing. (my guy is on galliprant as well). This does NOT interfere with his medications and within 4 to 5 days, he was getting up on his own and at times thinks he's a pup again. He LOVES the taste. Only complaint is on the larger bottles, the dropper top is not sealed like it is on the smaller bottle and it may stop working.
