My 14old puggy was recently diagnosed with diabetes and runs hot. He hasn’t panted once since putting this on our bed for him. (Yes he sleeps in bed, he is a pug after all) It’s thick enough to keep us warm and comfy too. I do wish it came in a king size. My only complaint is that it’s very slippery, but I’m not sure you can get around that with a cooling blanket. I’ve washed and dried it only once, but it does wash well so far. We also have the waterproof petami blankets and those are nice and warming for my other dogs. They’re also amazingly waterproof.

It's is actually cool to the touch

I had my doubts, but this is nice and cool. My cats were pretty warm in my house with no air conditioning last summer. This blanket helped.

Ordered their largest size blanket and its perfect for Clifford who is a 92lbs Rhodesian ridgeback mixed redbone coonhound and he loves to lay down on the tile floor

Ordered their largest size blanket and its perfect for Clifford who is a 92lbs Rhodesian ridgeback mixed redbone coonhound and he loves to lay down on the tile floor after a hot day or on the leather couch. And with this florida heat wave I wanted to give an extra comfort of cooling. This is great! Even ran it through the washer cold cycle and low tumble dry and came out perfect. I am pretty sure he loves it according to the photos.

Cutie Pie is always warm. I run a fan for her during the winter. I was watching a shopping show and they were selling a cooling blanket. I purchase all my dog's supplies from Chewy ( their great customer service) so I called an ordered their cooling blanket ( saved $35.00 ) from PetIam. Cutie Pie loves the blanket. She allows me to sleep in my bed with her, but she usually stayed on her side. NOW, she is all over the bed, where ever she wants to lay down. She is a bed hog.... The blanket feels cool when you touch it, there are several layers of material and it is well made. She really is enjoying the coolness of the blanket.
