My dogs love these pet cakes and I use them to celebrate their birthdays as well as my doggie clients' birthdays and they all love them! I wanted to add, keep in mind that the previous 1 star review mentions that they have a 1-cake cake pan. That cake pan goes with a different brand or box, so of course it wouldn't work the way they thought it would. This cake mix refill goes with a 3-bone cake pan and each package makes at least 3 cakes in that cake pan. (9+ cakes total per box, so definitely worth it.) Each time I've used this I actually get 4 cakes out of each package instead of the 3 promised, so I've personally had an even better experience. I wanted to mention this so buyers weren't misled by that review because these cakes are amazing if using the correct cake pan.

I initially bought this product as a mini-kit that makes one cake and comes withe the pan for $6 and some change. My dogs LOVED it. When I saw this refill kit for $12 and some change, I thought that seemed reasonable because the picture showed three packets and three cakes. I already had the pans from my last purchase. You get enough mix to make one cake with this refill kit (no pan). It doesn't take a genius to figure out that this is a lousy deal. Again, my dogs love the cakes, so I guess I will have more pans than I need, but there's no way I will pay $12+ for one cake. Six dollars was already bad enough. (You will also need to add your own pumpkin.)
