The Petcube app requires iOS 10.3.3 and higher or Android 7.1.2 and higher which can be downloaded in the App Store.

Can you use two pet cubes with the pet cube app

For each Petcube, Petcube Care subscriptions are required for each Petcube camera. Without Petcube Care subscription, Petcube users can only have access to the sound and motion alerts. All Petcube devices can be linked to the Petcube app.

Where do I plug the USB Cable in?

Absolutely love this product! It was very easy to download the app and setup. Excellent picture quality with a wide view. Right now we are enjoying being able to check on our senior mastiff when we are out. We set it up to see him on his bed in our kitchen using a tripod we had. The PetCube itself is very well made, excellent quality of picture quality and being able to hear and speak to our dog is wonderful especially if a thunder storm pops up while we are gone. We also will definitely be trying this camera to watch our pregnant goats in their kidding pens when we need to leave close to their due date.

Good Camera to Check on Your Pets

I used this camera to check on my foster kitten, which was in a separate room. I was able to see her well enough but I think the picture clarity could be better

That said, the laser was handy to get her attention. The sound is actually pretty good. The camera picks up on a lot of sounds. It’s an overall good product!

Petcube Play 2 Play pet camera has been great to keep an eye on my 2 small dogs since returning to work for longer shifts. I’m only giving it 4 stars due to the connectivity issues at times with wifi. I enjoy being able to talk to my dogs especially my dog that has separation anxiety. I’m using it with the basic functions and not the upgrade with the monthly subscription.

OMG, just got the Petcube Play 2, and it's seriously awesome! Setting it up was a piece of cake, and the video quality is legit amazing. I can see my fur baby so clearly! The interactive laser toy is a hit my pet goes wild for it. Plus, the audio is super cool - I can talk to my pet even when I'm not home! he app is like, so easy to use, too. If you're a pet parent, you totally need this Petcube Play 2

I love this pet camera! We got it as a wedding gift and have been enjoying it a lot. My cat gets excited whenever she hears the sound it makes when someone starts

I love this pet camera! We got it as a wedding gift and have been enjoying it a lot. My cat gets excited whenever she hears the sound it makes when someone starts using it (you can turn this on or off.) We have had so much fun checking on her and talking to her, and playing with her with the laser. I gave it four stars rather than five because the laser isn't very accurate (it shows where you are moving it with your finger but you can see the actual light on the camera and it usually doesn't match up and has a more limited range of motion.). The video image quality is good, the audio quality is so much better than our last pet cam that the cat was confused and thought we were really there the first few times.
