It doesn't seem to work
We've read the instructions repeatedly thinking we missed something. So it's not that we don't understand them. The vibration, sound, nor shock seems stong enough
We've read the instructions repeatedly thinking we missed something. So it's not that we don't understand them. The vibration, sound, nor shock seems stong enough to stop our dog from barking. I think it should have a hand held remote to be able to give immediate vibrations or shocks.

Bark color goes off for every sound not just barking
My dog likes to scratch and shake. Those movements sat off the bark collar. So this wasn’t an effective option for me.

Not satisfied with this bark collar at all. Plan to return it. Instructions are printed so small I can’t read it. Very confusing. And because I wouldn’t recommend

NOT FOR SMALL DOGS
I'm not sure how the company determined this collar was suitable for an 8 pound dog. It is not. I bought it for my 8 pound Chi, but the size is borderline suitable
I'm not sure how the company determined this collar was suitable for an 8 pound dog. It is not. I bought it for my 8 pound Chi, but the size is borderline suitable for my 20 pound guys. Very disappointed.
Goes off when my dog shakes her head
When my dog shakes her head it goes off. Thankfully it’s just on sound but dont want to send the wrong messages to her either thinking she’s doing something wrong
When my dog shakes her head it goes off. Thankfully it’s just on sound but dont want to send the wrong messages to her either thinking she’s doing something wrong. I have noticed the barking is less so we will see. I definitely wouldn’t recommend put it on static or vibrate if it’s that sensitive.

Works great when it works. We are having intermittent results. We have 2, one for each dog. Both collars don’t always work even after settings are confirmed.

Horrible collar. This collar was a waste of money and I couldn’t be more disappointed. It corrects the dog INCONSISTENTLY, therefore making it very inhumane. It

It has corrected our dog when she was playing and making a very low play growl which was pretty sad. Then it seemed to correct her when she was right in front of us and making no noise at all . We took the collar off her immediately and won’t be using again. I would rather have paid several times more for a collar that worked than to buy this just to throw it away. Not fair to the dog and a waste of money. Why would Chewy sell this??
