Excellent item

the only issue I found was the length of the collar. While I was able to store excess collar length, I didn’t want to cut it to allow for growth.

Bark collar

I don’t know what my dog thinks but it’s decreased barking down to 5%. We live next to a pair of dogs. Those dogs still bark but not as much.

Doesn’t Detect My Dogs Bark

I looked at this bark collar about a week ago and got it because of the mostly good reviews. I did see some mentioning that it didn’t pick up their dog’s bark, but

I looked at this bark collar about a week ago and got it because of the mostly good reviews. I did see some mentioning that it didn’t pick up their dog’s bark, but I ignored them hoping mine would work. Well, it didn’t. When I took it out of the package and tried to test it, I noticed it was extremely hard to set it off. I was putting my mouth to the microphone and barking/yelling as loud as could before it even did a beep. After putting on my dog it only triggered after he barked 4-5 times. This isn’t consistent enough to stop his barking. I may have gotten a dud but seeing how many people wrote a review about theirs also not reacting to barks, I’d say there is a pretty high chance your new collar might too. If you do decide to take a leap of faith and buy this, at least Chewy makes it easy for you to get a refund.

I almost gave up and decided to turn to Chewy to see what they offered - Thank you Chewy and Thank you Petdiary! Btw we only use the beep and vibrate function - Loving it and YES it WORKS!

I have this collar for my two dogs. I constantly have to check if the collars are on because the beep and vibrate will only happen like 50 percent of the time when

I have this collar for my two dogs. I constantly have to check if the collars are on because the beep and vibrate will only happen like 50 percent of the time when the dogs start barking. However when the beep does sound, it is never the dog that is actually barking who gets beeped, it’s always the other dog who is not barking that gets beeped and vibrated. I would recommend this collar if you only had 1 dog.
