I can't believe my dog's response to this collar. He has never responded to a product like this before. The spray is what did it! It gives me peace of mind that I can use a training product that is safe and healthy for my pet. The collar charges quickly and holds charge for a long period of time. The remote is quick response time and easily worked one handed. I really recommend this collar.

This collar saves the day for two remote workers with a mouthy pup. I can sit in the room furthest from the backyard and still activate the vibrate feature. It breaks

Very disappointed.

No instruction whatsoever on the spray option of the collar. Or where or how to but the spray -did I miss something???? Directions were unclear and obviously

No instruction whatsoever on the spray option of the collar. Or where or how to but the spray -did I miss something???? Directions were unclear and obviously written someone whose first language is NOT English. Units charged up ok but the plastic clip on the collar broke and I had to replace it -before I even put it on the dog. The sound and vibration appear to work randomly. Unfortunately I do not feel safe using this product on my dog.

This has helped my pup learn not to bark without hurting him. The vibration gets his attention focused back on me. Using this has allowed me to be anywhere in my house to correct the barking behavior. I'm thankful to not have to run to my backdoor, instead I can get his attention quickly by the beep, vibrations, or using the citronella spray.

Works well, but not able to get a second collar

I wish I had researched this one a bit better. I paid $60 for a single collar and remote, though I have two dogs I wanted to try it out before buying a second collar

I wish I had researched this one a bit better. I paid $60 for a single collar and remote, though I have two dogs I wanted to try it out before buying a second collar. It does work, well enough that I now wish I could get a second collar - since the remote clearly is designed to work with two collars I assumed I could get one, but apparently not. If I do get a second collar - and apparently by definition a second remote, I will certainly not be able to react as quickly to the barking, and find the correct remote and press the correct. button. Since immediate response is key to training this is also disappointing and likely to be less effective. Also I'm pretty sure my one dog is allergic to the citronella. He has allergies generally, and I gave him an additional dose of his antihistamine and he was fine, but after one spray of the citronella his skin got bright pink/red all over, very itchy, etc. Presumably not all dogs are allergic, but just for others to be aware.

Purchased this collar looking for a solution of constant barking and leaving the yard. I didn’t want to shock my dog . This collar has several sounds, it vibrates and if you need one more option it sprays a citronella fluid instead of giving her a shock. Collar is everything I was looking for and I haven’t had to spray her yet. I highly recommend this product.
