So Grateful!
I typically don’t get excited over dog doo-doo but these chews are worth every penny. I was very reluctant to spend the money for my senior, picky on what she eats, chihuahua mix. Lily has suffered from pancreatitis and tummy problems the last few years with intermittent loose stool, but after a week on strong antibiotics, watery stool was all we got. Even after stopping the antibiotics for one week and feeding her a bland diet with rice, etc, she was miserable and hated to squat because she knew it wasn’t going to be a satisfying release. As a last resort, I tried these probiotics. To my surprise, Lily loved the duck flavor. By day 3, we had a perfectly normal stool! Wooohooo! Truly grateful my baby is feeling better! Thank you!
Helps my dog’s anxious gut
I bought these to try with my lab after noticing that after getting worked up (ie fireworks, visitors, squirrels, a gentle breeze) her gut seemed upset. This has definitely helped her to be more *ahem* regular and not “explosive.” She seems to like the taste and it has helped for sure. My backyard thanks you, as do my kids who have doggie doo duty. No more diarrhea
My puppy had been having diarrhea off and on during the night for weeks. I went to vet and they could not figure out why. I had her on a different probiotic and it helped some, but still had a lot of rough nights with that probiotic. I thought I’d try this one because it had good reviews. After a few days on it her poop became normal and the diarrhea stopped. It has been a couple months now with no issues.
It’s working!
My girl would swing from chronic diarrhea to constipation and I was looking for a more holistic way to help her. After using these chews for a week, I saw a huge change in her stool. She no longer experiences the huge swings but has a normal consistency in her stool. I will definitely keep this on my subscription order.
Pet Honesty Probiotic
I have a Shorky that licked her toes 24 hrs a day and since she has been taking this product it has completely stopped. I also have a mini Australian Shepherd that had constant diarrhea and since giving this to her it has completely stopped. I would not be without this product for my very special girls. You can tell they feel so much better to.
Diarrhea Free!
My adult dog has had chronic diarrhea since he was a pup. After giving him Pet Honesty Probiotics for about 3 weeks we started to see an increase in the amount of solid stool he has had as well as a decrease in the amount of flatulence. In the first couple of doses we started him off at one chew per day because his weight was teetering between the two weight classes but we found better success using two chews per day. He doesn't prefer the flavor of the chews by themselves but when paired with a spoonful of peanut butter it seems to do the trick! Thank you Pet Honesty!
Somethings different and he doesn't like it
We've been buying this product for several years for our Shih Tzu and he's always enjoyed them. When the latest order arrived, I noticed the difference in appearance and feel of the chews. They looked very dry and we definitely not chewy. They're very difficult to crumble into his food. If this wasn't bad enough, he refuses to eat his food if I add it. I'm not sure what the change was, except the label, but my pup and I are not happy with it.
Contain Palm Oil
I was considering these but after seeing they contained Palm Oil decided against. Not good… why would you include such a highly processed ingredient??
Seems good so far
My dogs have only been on this product for about two weeks, I have only seen a slight improvement in their chewing, licking and biting on themselves. I think with supplements like these, they really need to be on them for a couple of months to really notice a big improvement. So that being said, I will have to get back with you in a couple more months and give an updated review. Oh by the way, they really like the taste. Sometimes I crush them up and sprinkle on their food and other times I just give them whole as a treat after a meal.
Better poop
My boys, two collies, have been on this for a couple weeks. Their stools are firmer. I think it's helping.
