I even took off the electrodes to make it more comfortable for him, since the sound alone did the trick. Also love how easy he is to see in dim light or at night. The visibility’s really solid.

Even at a level one, this was pretty intense and higher than I'm used to and what I would consider a very strong correction. There are a couple postive things, such as it is very easy to toggle between the 3 dog collars, I like that the vibrate has different levels (though I dont use vibrate as my dogs find it very adversive). I like the tone feature as I use tone (no stim) as a recall for my dogs. Overall, I wouldn't be using the stim as its too intense and overly corrective based on my training style.

I received the PetJoy rechargeable training collar and immediately began using it on ou 5 year old Weimaraner. We began using e-collars a couple of years ago to help with recall and barking. This collar is great. I love that you can set up different channels and use one system for multiple dogs. It’s well made and works great. The usb charge is a great perk as well. I would definitely recommend this collar for anyone with a challenging dog, regardless of size or temperament. I haven’t even had to use the static setting yet. All I do is put the collar on her and show her the remote and she settles right down!

I felt that the collars are well made and easily adjustable from my smallest dog to the largest. The sound and vibration mode was enough to capture the attention of my sensitive dog without causing him distress.

He’s a bit stubborn so we are still working but I love that it’s waterproof as we live in Seattle so rain in the fall and spring and lakes in the summer. The battery life is amazing. The ability to lock it to avoid accidental pocket pushing is also useful. While we are not currently using it for shock it’s great that the collar has such versatility and gives us the option if we decide we want to work on recall outdoor.

My dogs have responded very well to the beep and vibrate which is what I only use with these. The remote is big but I actually like it and there is a lock mode if you put it in your pocket or pouch. The collars themselves are in 3 different colors and a buckle closure so really easy to get on and off. Very happy with these so far, so I hope they last longer than a year!
