I love that it alerts me to fill and clean it

Because the filters on this last so much longer than on other fountains, you don't have to clean it as often. It really helps to have the app reminders for refilling

It's her moment of Zen.

I spent hours researching water fountains and finally decided on this. I've never used a water fountain with the cats, so I knew there would be some hesitancy, but

I spent hours researching water fountains and finally decided on this. I've never used a water fountain with the cats, so I knew there would be some hesitancy, but only one out of seven will use it after a few weeks. When I downloaded the app for monitoring the usage, I found that it was a Chinese company that required access to my WiFi, email address, sex, and I think age. I can't remember what all it asked for, but it sure didn't sit right for a company to get my information to be able to view if my cats are drinking. If you don't feel comfortable giving that info out, don't purchase this fountain. I am trying to find ways to encourage the cats to drink from these, but so far no luck. They are quiet, look well made, and they are easy to clean.

I absolutely love this water fountain! The app lets me track exactly how much my cat drinks, and it even reminds me when it’s time to clean it or change the filter. I really like the wireless option, I use it sometimes, but mostly keep it plugged in, and it still works great either way. It’s super convenient, works perfectly, and gives me peace of mind knowing my cat always has fresh water. Definitely worth the money, and my cat loves it too!

The ability to track drinking habits in the app is very insightful. I wish there was some visual indicator when the water level is low but that’s a minor issue
